Assisted a large financial company in assessing the state of their existing enterprise data warehouse on DB2 and migration option to Teradata platform. Engaged management, vendors, and technology team members to lay out the value proposition which included gap analysis between DB2 and Teradata logical data model, pros and cons of migrating to Teradata, financial and human resource impact, and roadmap and time line for execution.

Assisted an insurance administration company in implementing an enterprise data warehouse on SQL server from its infancy stage. Worked with executives to define goals and vision for the warehouse. Collaborated with business and other IT groups to build consensus and seek their help in planning, designing and implementing the warehouse.  Successfully delivered data feeds for the first major customer.

Synergy Solutions helped Business Intelligence IT division of a large healthcare company improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the activities performed. Collaborated with business and IT managers to assess and improve demand management, change request, resource planning, and documentation processes. As a result, the group was able to focus resources on strategically aligned projects. The quality of deliverables and the credibility with business improved. Collaboration within the team increased.
